Several are available (like CDDB etc.)  I'd like a (much) better one, though,
preferably under the Ogg umbrella.

Of course.  But don't stuff-em in the tags, because _that will not work_
in the long run, only as a quick hack, and that's a costly hack: it will
never work fully as intended, devaluates the original tag system, and will
have to be maintained _in every player app etc._ for virtually _ever_.
