[vorbis] Total Tracks Tag?

Good point regarding needing needing to be flexible in what contents
tags may have, but regarding this specific example... IMHO, the correct
way to do this would be to have chained several vorbis files together,
each with their own TRACKNUMBER tag anyways. :)
