[vorbis] vorbiscomment and multi line comments

I just checked, and the newest version of XMMS, 1.8, works properly.  It 
writes and reads "comment=foo" in the file info box, and it ignores blank 
comments.  I don't have an older version of XMMS handy, and I couldn't find 
anything in the changelog, so I don't know when this was changed.
