[vorbis] Vorbis license in non-English languages?

THere are two solutions I can see:

1) Find authoritative copies of BSD-style (without the advertising
clause) translated into other languages then substitute the Regents of
Califoria with Xiph.org Foundation or some such.

2) Translate what you can but reference the English language text as the
authorative copy.
