[vorbis] Quoting (OT)

Hi,
I know this does not concern vorbis and is therefore off-topic but I happen 
to think this is important.

Does anyone else have a problem with people quoting like this?

I mean the not-bothering-to-strip-out-the-irrelevant-stuff type of thing.
(While I don't like it I can handle reading the answers before the question.)
