[vorbis] broadcasting aplications for vorbis under linux?

    hello I am looking for the following in a vorbis broadcasting client
1. works with linux red hat 9.0
2 works from the text command line interface, or with in x windows style but
if it is x windows it must use gtk 2 programming so I can use it with my
screen reader under x windows
3. would allow me to talk via my mic, broadcast stuff via my line input, or
be able to use the wave feature of my sound card and be able to broadcast
what ever comes out the card.
4 be able to stream mp3s, vorbis files for playlist.
5 be farely easy to set up.
is there such a program that meets 1 or more of these requirements?
please please please let me know I am wanting to start broadcasting with
linux and need as much help as possible.
