[vorbis] beta firmware for Neuros available

The Neuros code was basically hardcoded for MP3.  In the interest of
time Monty just hardcoded it for Ogg playback.  The DI guys are
currently doing the integration work to allow more than one codec at
once.  As far as I know this work is proceeding rapidly and should be
done in a few days.

If you just want to test out Ogg support, there should be no worries.
You can upgrade and downgrade firmware all you want.
