[vorbis] error when compiling oggplay

My guess is you're missing libmng. oggplay is an experimental testbed 
for multiplexed ogg streams; you're better off using ogg123 from the 
vorbis-tools module unless you're specifically interested in that.

If you are, install libmng and send me some patches. :)
