[vorbis] darice config file?

[the brilliant beast]

I am getting a error number 11.
can some one tell me what this means when ever I try to use the program?
I figured out how to get it to work with the config file by going to
darkice -c /etc/darkice.cfg
it runs ok but it gives me an error 11 says something about host
