[vorbis] oggenc switching to mono?

  Not having tried it, I can't be sure, but have a look in
  /etc/abcde.conf  In there is an #OGGENCOPTS= variable.  Uncomment that
  and add --downmix (so the line now looks like OGGENCOPTS="--downmix") 
  and see if that does the trick.
