This was supposed to happen more than a year ago, but didn't because
Segher vetoed it. At this time, I understand his fear that the Ogg Tag
Recommendations could harm the acceptance to the MusicBrainz meta-data
project. I don't agree with him that the Ogg Tag Recommendations would
be harmful, but I do understand his feelings. I don't see a way to
convince him that it isn't a threat, so I guess the impasse will
continue. In the meantime, I have work to do on a CD ripper + CDDB
alternative that supports the Ogg Tag Recommendations natively.
