[vorbis] Is Vorbis prone to clipping?

It can be, for much the same reasons as mp3. oggenc has a --scale option as 
well, if you want to use it.
Or you could just encode normally, and use the replaygain stuff that others 
have mentioned. That works well if your player(s) support it.
