[vorbis] Vorbis on Legacy hardware

Not quite as old, but my "jukebox" machine is an AMD K6-2/350.  It runs 
ogg123, mysql, apache, proftpd and sendmail and rarely has a system load over 
0.10, even when "busy".  I know my machine is literally 10x faster than the 
one you're proposing, but mine also runs a lot more concurrently and doesn't 
even break a sweat.  Seems like just ogg123 would run ok.
