[vorbis] HDCD

I happen to own many HDCDs...

HDCD is for Hi Definition Compatible Digital. It is an extension of the
CD format, where the last bits of each word are used to encode waveform
generic infos. For example, this wave is square, this one have a bigger
attack, and so on. It is more or less a hinting technique for better D-A
conversion.

It also means the encoder used was the HDCD chip, which enables a high
quality A-D conversion.

By compressing to any lossy format, you effectively lose the HDCD format
