There is no rock solid installer for the codec in Netmeeting yet.
As posted earlier, you can get the ACM codec for Speex here

And a "hacked" installer for the ACM into Netmeeting is here:
(credit goes to "Dark Avenger" for putting this together)

Both sides planning to participate in the Netmeeting conversation need to
run the installer AND manually select the Speex codec in Netmeeting.
You need to have a .rar unpacker (e.g. unrar.exe) to decompress
this.

A better Netmeeting installer will appear on www.openacm.org before end of
the month, possibly merged with the Codec distribution package.
