You had a great idea when you put the wget directory: I'd never tried wget 
(under windows, I knew it was a linux tool) and I must admit is very useful.
One thing you forgot: put in the directory the correct libraries, I had to 
download them from the wget site and it was a bit difficult because there 
are many versions. A link is enough anyway.
