[vorbis] signing audio-stream for secure publishing

Salve,

you may know that the AlJazeera Webserver was under attack.
Some TV/radio-stations which publish criticaly reports would
maybe like to sign their audio-stream with a check-code/key,
when they go to stream it online with one or more servers.

-Do anybody know if there is a container/system to do this?
-How would it be possible?
-Would be a signing of one packed every 3 second good engough?
-Would anybody interested in fork this?
