[vorbis] c't listening test: Ogg problem at 128kbps

Hmmm, quality doesn't seem very high. I think they resampled
the cds with a soundblaster :))
I encoded it at -q4.7 (128k). It's hard to hear any difference
from the original. You should try track 11 of Aquarium (Aqua). It's
a much better test.
