Sure. But it won't be very practical unless oggenc (and other
programs) insert this line automatically. So why not include the quality
info?
Another point: what's the order of time in such a list? Last
happanned latest is probably more natural but some may want the latest
event first... Seems rather arbitrary so a common decision either way
would be better than "choose whatever" (lest mixed orders be created by
combinations of tools).
