[vorbis] Problems with encodeing

cdparanoia is very good (possibly the best) at what it does: Getting a 
clean rip from CD. I actually have a custom tomsrtbt Linux floppy with 
cdparanoia on it for those rare occasions when EAC can't get a clean rip 
from one of my older scratched CDs. EAC at least knows it can't rip the 
CD. It errors out on the track, which is a lot better than some other 
rippers I've tried.

For the detailed minded: cdparanoia state ":-/" (Read Drift) is the case 
that EAC doesn't seem to handle yet.
