In Vorbis 1.0, in order to make life easier for the average user,
-b is transparently mapped to a corresponding -q level. E.g., -b 128
actually means -q 4.
If you want to use the equivalent of LAME's --abr, you need to use
"--managed" to turn on the managed bitrate engine. Using "-b -M"
also seems to achieve this effect, and gives you a maximum bitrate
cap (which has a bit of flexibility).
