[vorbis] P2P comments thingy

My main point was the fact that vorbis files support several terabytes of
comments, and people don't wanna waste time putting in who played which
instrument, when it was copyrighted, who has the publishing rights etc.

Could be usefull for all those RIAA & whatever stupid things needs to be
listed in a webcasts info for a specific file.

Bear in mind the idea is to share the comments, not share the files.
