[vorbis] ogginfo speed

Hello !

I'm using ogginfo quite often to generate a up to date list of all
files I encoded so far.  I noticed that it almost always reads the
whole ogg file (to determine bitrate?) which is awfully slow if you
have more than a gig of ogg.

How can I speed up the process?
