[vorbis] OggEnc - command line parameter bug?

Just a query. Since this behaviour could easily be achieved with "-n
%t.ogg", I'm just curious as to why it was decided to change the default
behaviour when -t is used. I'm not disagreeing as much as wanting to
understand the reasoning here. It seems a little redundant for me to have
to type "oggenc -o foo.ogg -t blah foo.wav" is all.
