[vorbis] Please correct this bugs in vorbis win32 environment

To toast all the warnings, just use a #pragma.

They're harmless, and utterly easy to turn off without harm or
setting global settings. Your CVS should harmlessly integrate the
modded lines of code, or otherwise work just fine with the
release-version.

<p>That, or you can do as I do and just ignore them manually. :)
