[vorbis] quality question?

All subjective encoders will alter the waveform. On normalised WAVs
(including normalised sound on the original CDs) this will cause
clipping to occur when decoded.

Giving yourself a bit more headroom in the decoder (say by using a
multiplier of 29410.2 instead of 32768.0) usually prevents the
clipping.
