[vorbis] Mirrors?

I've switched all the download links to piont to fatpipe.vorbis.com.
You can also go there directly for an http mirror.   It's the future
home of vorbis.com, but we didn't have time to move the whole site
before the release.

Images are being served from there too, so hopefully we can lighten the
load on the 1.1mbps line just a bit.
