[vorbis] CVS RC4 -q0 too good!

I second this. It looks like Vorbis quality, as a function of the quality 
setting, is pretty logarithmic, i.e. it goes up too soon.

The only differences I can hear are a few cases between -q 0 and -q 1, and 
just *one* case (applause.wav) between -q 4.99 and -q 5. Nothing else, apart 
for some "muffleness" (is that a word?).

Admit it, Vorbis is just *too* good. Let's hear some of those nasty 
artifacts, for Hertz' sake!
