[vorbis] OggEnc to stdout

Michael,

Is there any chance you could change the screen output (during encoding) 
to go to stdout rather stderr?  This would allow me to capture the % 
complete for a Windows front-end.  I notice currently the line "Encoding 
to VBR" is going to stdout whereas everything else is stderr.
