The problem is not doing it, it's deciding when to do it. That
analysis code does not currently exist.

barrier by introducing lossless stereo coupling on problematic packets
below -q5 and still maintaining some lossy coupling on "easy" packets
above -q5.
The problem right now is how to make this analysis code....
