[vorbis] RPM dependency rant

RPMs should be much better in the future.  They are now maintained
directly by RedHat.  The RPMs we release should be exactly the same as
the ones for RedHat.

This should also lead to smarter RPMs that work better on other
distributions as well, since the RedHat guys know a hell of a lot more
about advanced rpming than I do.
