As well as editing comments, vorbiscomment will, as a sort of side effect,
'clean' the stream in this sort of way - though I'm not sure it handles
this particular case in the way you want it handled.
It's a better idea to fix the bug(s) in vorbisfile and ogginfo, the stream
is completely valid and should work.
