[vorbis] file(1) support for Ogg and Ogg/Vorbis

Then I should probably upgrade :
$ file -v
file-3.27
magic data from /etc/magic:/etc/magic

However, I like the extra info (channel info, bitrate etc) file gives
me about mp3's. I realise bitrate may be a difficult for oggs, but
some more info must be possible, no ?
