[vorbis] Ogg in my car

You know, just because Vorbis is Free (as in speech) doesn't mean that
you get to be greedy :)

Right now arm code is available, but you have to license it.  I'm sure
at some point someone in the community will make a freely (as in beer)
licensed one, but it's not something I would count on in the near
future.  

If you are interested in the ARM code, let me know, and I'll hook you up
with more information, etc.
