Not that I'm aware of. I just put the album name in the Album field, and the
track artist in the Artist field. If there's more information to convey, I
just put it in the album name or the comment.

Album: DJ Tsuyoshi - Interactive
Tracknumber: 02
Artist: Prana
Title: Primal Orbit (Primal Sorbet Remix)
Genre: Goa

If there were a tag for it, DJ Tsuyoshi would arguably be the CD Artist, and
Interactive would be the album name. I don't remember seeing that in the
standard, and the Winamp plugin doesn't handle it gracefully at the moment.

Not that I know of, but it couldn't hurt. You'd always be sure you hadn't
lost a particular track from an album.
