[vorbis] RE: comment header specification

Hi Jack.  Yes realised that.  I have it working well now & very fast.  I 
haven't studied the format completely, only enough to read the comments 
and bitrates etc.  I now parse the "OggS" page headers correctly, 
however, I'm not sure what a packet header is.  Do they start with an 
"OggS" string as well?
