[vorbis] Possible bug in Vorbis

Ack!  Just tested with RC3 for an hour or so, to find that the high-frequency
attenuation exists on the source recording in at least one of the cases!

This looks likes it's a false alarm on my part, though I plan on double checking
a few other recordings.
