http://winvorbis.stationplaylist.com/ looks good, however, I personally
prefer and use the tag editor of Winamp 2's in_vorbis.dll - it's neat,
doesn't support mass-tagging, but anything else works great, even on
concatenated .ogg files (`copy /b file1.ogg+file2.ogg+...+fileN.ogg
files1-N.ogg`). To update your in_vorbis.dll to the latest version, get
it from http://www.blorp.com/~peter/zips/in_vorbis.exe ... that's always
the most current version, wrapped in this Winamp installer thingie; two
clicks and it's installed.
