[vorbis] stupid cd player mod question

All the gapless mode does is ensures that the sound device isn't closed and 
opened between tracks, and the next track is opened and decoding by the time 
the current one is finished. It's not hard to do, it's just that the code 
that does it happens to be built into a plugin that does other tricks (none 
of which you need to switch on).
