[vorbis] Bzip2 & Ogg Vorbis

That'd be official RC3
(http://www.xiph.org/archives/vorbis/200203/0237.html).  Channel coupling
was added in RC2 I think.  Maybe some low-level settings were tweaked --
in particularly, this could be encoded with a minimum bitrate specified?
Try recoding with the latest oggenc (never mind the loss) and check if the
result still compresses well with bzip2...
