[vorbis] Bzip2 & Ogg Vorbis

Just wondering. Has anyone considered using arithmetic coding for vorbis?
I've previously done some work with context adaptiver arithmetic coding on a
video codec and I found this to be an interesting thing. Even though this
technology is a minefield of IBM patents once you start to integerize and
optimize the algorithms. ;)
