[vorbis] CD rippers

I don't think you've set Extraction Method as "Secure mode" in EAC.
In CDex that is Ripping Method as "Paranoia, full".

;) personaly I use CDex (going for a real xiph.org sound, as CDex uses
Paranoia as ripping engine).
