[vorbis] libvorbis port for Symbian Epoc?

Hi,

Is anyone aware of trials to port libvorbis & related tools to the 
Symbian Epoc operating system? More generally, my concern is on 
listening to Ogg Vorbis (or mp3 streams for that matter) on GSM mobile 
phones...
