[vorbis] further development

I would really like to see good DirectShow and ACM filters,
a supported plugin for the Real (Helix) and Quicktime
architecture as well as a DRM solution (JUST KIDDING).

It's not all about the codec itself, but also in what
environments it can be used with ease.
