[vorbis] codec online test from "that" German IT-Magazin C't

Salve,

till the 28. August midnight the magazin c't has a codec test
between AAC, MP3, WMA and Vorbis Ogg online.

On that page you have links to 15 wav files:

7 64KBit/s encoded 
and 7 128Kbit/s  endconded files.

listen to them and rank them
