[vorbis] PPM package for Ogg::Vorbis perl module?

Greetings,

I'm adapting a Perl/Tk audio package I've written to deal with Vorbis
files better.  Under Linux, I've got the Ogg::Vorbis perl module working
fine, but there's no PPM module for it on the ActiveState PPM repository.
I was wondering if anyone reading has created one?
