[vorbis] au audio format?

Assuming that you agree ogg123 should support a variety of
input formats (I don't think most people do), Monkey's Audio
is not portable enough.

FLAC -> Vorbis can be handled the unix way already, via pipes
or wrappers like sonice (http://www.cyclooctane.com/sonice/),
even on Windows.
