[vorbis] Mono Ogg sound recorder from line-in

well goldwave you could set the new file as like 1 second but say unbounded
recording, and it will go until you click stop recording, i don't think you
can record straight to ogg but after that is done you can save it as an ogg,
i dunno if it keeps the wav file or not but then you could delete that.
