[vorbis] German company interested in vorbis

why do they need version 1.0? its not like vorbis is going to change much if
at all between now and the final.

just got a mail from a german company which hosts internet multimedia
streams and is interested in changing from Real to Vorbis. Only problem is,
they need version 1.0, i don't know why but this is fact! :)
So is it going to happen anytime soon ?
