The files are only usable (currently) with Microsoft DirectShow. Since
VirtualDub doesn't use DirectShow, it can't modify these files (yet).
Furthermore VirtualDubs current plugin architecture is not designed to
read/write unknown file formats. VirtualDub itself has to be modified to do
so.

Thanks for your input.

My last chance is to change the FrameRate with a Hex Editor.
Is the FrameRate (or FrameDelay) in Ogg Media Files written in Plain Text?
